Warranty Terms & Liability Limitations

At Flexa, we are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions and providing comprehensive warranty coverage for our clients. This document outlines our warranty terms and liability limitations to ensure transparency and set clear expectations for both parties.

I. Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period

Flexa guarantees warranty coverage for all delivered products and services for a period of 12 months from the date of project acceptance and sign-off. This warranty period ensures that any technical issues arising from our work will be addressed promptly and at no additional cost.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following aspects:

  • Technical defects originating from source code, configuration, or deployment processes implemented by Flexa
  • Features and functionalities that were accepted during testing but fail to operate as originally specified and documented

3. Warranty Exclusions

The following items are not covered under our warranty:

  • Requests for modifications, enhancements, or additional features beyond the scope of the originally accepted project deliverables
  • Issues arising from third-party services, hosting infrastructure, network problems, external plugins/themes, or system updates initiated by the client
  • Defects caused by unauthorized modifications to source code, data, or configuration by the client or third parties after project handover
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, widespread infrastructure failures, changes in legal regulations, or third-party service disruptions

4. Warranty Response & Resolution

During the warranty period, Flexa will promptly receive, investigate, and resolve reported issues within a reasonable timeframe based on the severity and impact of each issue. All warranty repairs and fixes will be provided at no additional cost to the client.

II. Liability Limitations

1. Scope of Liability

Flexa's liability is limited to the total contract value and the value specified in the project acceptance documentation. This ensures that our responsibility is clearly defined and aligned with the agreed-upon project scope and deliverables.

2. Liability Exclusions

Flexa shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption experienced by the client
  • Risks arising from the client's improper use of the product, failure to follow provided documentation, or use of the product for purposes other than originally intended
  • Disputes between the client and third parties related to content, data, or business activities conducted on the system

3. Maximum Liability Cap

In all circumstances, Flexa's total liability for compensation, if any, shall not exceed $500 USD. This cap provides a clear maximum limit while ensuring reasonable protection for both parties.
